Estancia Dorada
Yauco Elderly is a new construction, 136 unit affordable housing development for seniors located in Yauco, Puerto Rico. The development has a campus-style design consisting of twenty (20) one-story buildings. The on-site community center contains a lobby, activity room, laundry, and kitchen.
Total development cost of $7,700,000 includes equity from an investor purchasing low income housing tax credits provided by Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority (“PRHFA”) and Puerto Rico Department of Housing (“PRDH”) HOME funds. Operating assistance is provided by PRDH.
