Vistas del Mar Elderly is a new construction 88 unit affordable housing development for seniors located in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. The development consists of six (6) garden-style apartment buildings and a multi-use building containing administration and reception offices, meeting and recreational rooms, laundry area, and kitchenette. The site is situated on approximately 3 acres and has 55 parking spaces with gated entry. The center of the town of Arecibo is located approximately 2 miles away from the development.
Total development cost of $10,740,000 includes equity from an investor utilizing low income housing tax credits provided by Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority and Puerto Rico Department of Housing (“PRDH”) HOME funds. Operating assistance is provided by PRDH.
