Estancias Doradas
Estancias Dorada consists of the new construction of a 94 unit, affordable housing community for seniors located in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Interior amenities include two multi-purpose rooms, three laundry rooms, and a game room. Two elevators and three sets of stairs will provide access to the upper floors.
Total development cost of $9,730,000 includes equity from an investor purchasing low income housing tax credits provided by Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority, Puerto Rico Department of Housing (“PRDH”) HOME funds, and a permanent mortgage from PRHFA. Operating assistance is provided by PRDH.
