Golden Age Towers
Golden Age Towers consists of the new construction of a 160 unit affordable housing community for seniors located in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. In-unit amenities include a range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, intercom system and balconies serving each floor. Property amenities include laundry facilities, elevators, community room with kitchen, card/game room, library, walking trails, garden plots, case worker office, and on-site property management.
Total development cost of $12,510,000 includes equity from an investor purchasing low income housing tax credits provided by Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority (“PRHFA”), Municipality of Toa Baja HOME funds, and a permanent loan from PRHFA. Operating assistance is provided by Puerto Rico Department of Housing.
